At HGWORLD, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened beauty, wellness, or personal care products.

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
If you wish to receive a different item, size, or variation, you must return your eligible item and place a new order.

How to Request a Return
1. Email us at sales@hgworld.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
